PECAP, InclusivX and INCA Ventures present the first summit exclusively focused on the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the VC sector in Latin America, which includes a 3.5 hour intersectional unconscious bias training designed by and for investors. By the end of the day, you will have learned from some of the region’s top EDI experts. And you will also have the opportunity to hear from:

  • Startup Founders from underrepresented backgrounds about their experiences building their companies and raising funds from investors;

  • Investors on the importance of incorporating EDI into their strategies;

  • And LPs (investors in VC funds) about why they care about EDI when they evaluate VC funds for investment
